About Bryan
Bryan was born in San Diego at the Naval Air Station and reared in California ever since. Growing up in Southern and Northern California, he moved to the Sacramento Valley area for more than 20 years ago. Bryan enjoys all the outdoor activities of Northern California, the water, snow, beaches, and mountains. He has more hobbies than time but really loves to fly. Bryan's wife is a Special Needs Teacher in Rocklin and has a heart of gold in a challenging work environment. They have a son named Edison who recently started elementary school.
He has a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Business from California State University, Sacramento and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. As Bryan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California he has been through more extensive education and training on appraisal, marketing, contract law and finance. Growing up in a multi-generational family of Navy, Marine and Air Force service members, Bryan has been instilled with a strong background of morals and ethics. These transfer to his day-to-day life with personal and business dealings.
Bryan has been involved both, hands on and financially, in the construction of new properties along with extensive remodeling, rehabbing of residential and multi-residential and commercial buildings. His father in-law has been a commercial real estate broker, contractor, and developer for over 30 years. This gives Bryan a more in-depth knowledge and hands on dealing with real estate.
Over the past 10+ years Bryan has had a team that has sold hundreds of homes per year. The team along with Lyon, are some of the most experienced and professional partners you can have in a real estate transaction.
Bryan is an active Kiwanis Club member and a past President. Kiwanis specializes in helping children develop leadership skills. We sponsor the Kiwanis Family House in Sacramento. Our mission is to assist parents and family, whose children are seriously ill or injured, by providing housing when they do not live near UC Davis Medical Center or Shriners Hospital.
