Bryan Zerr is Employing Broker at Greenwood Estates Realty, a boutique brokerage located in the Denver Tech Center. Bryan is a Colorado native, born and raised in Centennial where he attended Regis Jesuit High School.
Bryan began investing in real estate as a college freshman at Gonzaga University in 2005 and has remained passionate about all things real estate ever since. Over his career, Bryan has become a resource for real estate and community matters in the Denver Metro area through his popular quarterly newsletter and media appearances in television and radio. Bryan and his family live in the DTC area. He and his wife enjoy dining at local restaurants and love taking their dog, Luna, on walks throughout the community. They take advantage of all things Colorado - from jet skiing on Cherry Creek Reservoir to family trips with their daughter for mountain weekends up in Grand Lake.
Bryan enjoys volunteering in various capacities, including local homeowner associations and at his church parish.
