Bryce Higgins

After graduating with honors in 1997 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Bryce Higgins set out on his career in real estate the following year as a Real Estate Appraiser. In 2000 he opened his first company and has been active full-time in real estate as a business owner since. In 2006 Bryce earned his Real Estate Salesperson's license and has since become a Broker. Also in 2006, he met the requirements to become a Certified Residential Appraiser and an FHA Certified Appraiser. As a Broker with an appraisal background, Bryce brings a unique perspective of the residential real estate market to those he works with. Bryce was born and raised in Indiana and beyond his service in the Marine Corps has been a lifelong resident. He's been married since 2001 to his wife Cindy who is also a real estate professional.
