Bryce Kawata

Bryce - was born and raised in the South Bay and attributes his success to the example of his hard working parents, a positive attitude and many loyal clients. He has always enjoyed sales and has received multiple industry achievement awards as a result.

Education - After graduating from North Torrance High School, Bryce attended Cal State Long Beach Majoring in Electrical Engineering and Business. He then attended Cal State Dominguez and studied Business Law. He has spent countless hours of continuous education in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He has been the Legal Advisory at Keller Williams, teaches Contract and Disclosure classes and believes that when he teaches others to be better at writing contracts and understanding disclosures, the industry becomes better.

Experience - He has over 31 years of sales experience and has had real estate success starting with Prudential, RE/MAX and now with Keller Williams Realty. Bryce is proficient in distressed properties, a skilled negotiator and represents his clients with determination and a keen business sense. He has closed multiple short sales, understands how difficult it is for the seller and how to talk to the banks. He works with Bankruptcy Trustees and understands the Federal Bankruptcy system. Bryce also works with investors, sells commercial real estate and has closed hundreds of residential transactions.
