Burton eloquently helped us sell and purchase our new home with ease. He was direct and open about the choices we could make to optimize our home sell. We ended up discovering water in the crawl space of the home we were selling. Not only did he have reputable resources to help us combat and fix the problem for the sell, but he made it seamless and feel like significantly less of a disaster than it could have been. All this while still maximizing the investment amount. I couldn't recommend Burton Walters enough! He will have your back.

In my 18 years in the industry I can honestly say Burton Walters is one of the best in the game. He is incredibly responsive, professional and after the win-win which is not common in real estate. He was willing to do whatever it took to get our transaction closed as I was which is not common. A lot of realtors are in real estate for personal gain/a pay check. Burton is not that type of man.
