About Byron

Byron MacDonald grew up in Rhode Island watching his father build a successful physicians practice. He moved to Greensboro for college at UNC Greensboro where he received a Bachelor's of Science in Management and Marketing in 1991. Byron then spent 15-years in high-end car sales including managing Porsche, BMW and Jaguar dealerships.

In 2005 he moved to North Myrtle Beach and entered real estate sales specializing in oceanfront condos and by 2008 was one of the top REO salesmen on the Grand Strand in both transactions and volume.

Since that time Byron has led the buying and sales for Beach Capital Partners team and is recognized as an expert in distressed properties. He is a current member of the Coastal Carolina Sertoma Club and a member of the Surf Golf and Beach Club where he is a former champion of the member-member golf tournament. In his spare time, Byron enjoys golf, traveling, time with friends and currently resides in North Myrtle Beach with his wife and his 15-year-old son. Byron takes pride in helping people find the right property and enjoys making their dreams come true!
