In 2015, I needed a new challenge in my life and wanted to choose a different career path. I had retired from the USAF after 24 years as an aircraft mechanic on some of the most sophisticated airplanes and helicopters in the world. I wanted a career that did not involve government funding or government contracts, but definitely wanted to be involved with the people and community of my area. I decided on real estate!
After passing my real estate test, I began immediately utilizing my military training. I stay abreast of the ever-changing technology and market fluctuations, suggest strategy changes for customers and clients with a battle-ready mindset, and keep my team “at the ready” in order to seal the deal when the time is right. I make great use of my Labor Relations training to negotiate sales between buyers and seller and constantly strive for the win-win mentality. Everyone likes to feel like they win in a deal. I believe there is always room for buyers and sellers to come together when determined to work together.
Why do the heavy lifting of finding a home on our beautiful white sandy beaches and gorgeous inland homes. It's what I do best and I'm happy to help. Give me a call, text, email. I look very forward to serving you as your real estate agent in the coming days.
