Cal Ross

Cal joined Compass in 2025. He is specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation from West Hollywood to Hollywood and the creative submarkets around Downtown Los Angeles including Highland Park, Silver Lake, and Echo Park. Cal brings with him 15 years of commercial real estate experience and is recognized as one of the premier go-to advisors for clients looking to acquire or dispose of commercial assets in the Los Angeles area.

Prior to joining Compass, he was a Vice President at JLL.
