I worked with the Gray Home Team back in 2014, and I just completed another deal this month with their expert guidance. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very consistent in their ability to close the deal. I encountered several issues during this last transaction due to changing market conditions and other factors outside of our control. The Gray Home Team presented excellent solutions every step of the way. Cameron and Lourdes are both great! Even in this market as a buyer, as difficult as it is to buy a house, they both stayed consistent and drove to meet me to see any house I wanted to see right away!
They are both understanding of your wants and needs and will do what they can to help you get a home that fits both of those.
They’re also both very knowledgeable about house repairs, maintenance and things to look at so you know what to expect when taking care of your home.

Cameron and Lourdes are the best out there. They have handled numerous home sales and purchases for me over the years. This last one was one for the record books. With the crazy Denver market and multiple other issues beyond our control, most other realtors would have thrown in the towel. Cameron fought for every inch to get us to closing. We were referred to Cameron & Lourdes Gray through a friend. Being a first time homebuyer, we needed an agent that would be able to help us understand and walk us through the entire buying process. The first time we spoke with Cameron, we were impressed with his resume. Despite the crazy market and demand for homes, Cameron and Lourdes were with us every step of the way. They were available when we needed to view homes and when we wanted to make an offer on a home. Their knowledge of the market and the process put us at ease. Cameron and Lourdes Gray make an amazing team of realtors. I truly enjoyed working with them, because they provided honest, courteous and personal services. Their down to earth nature and flexible hours made it convenient and pleasant to and/or text with any inquiries 7 days a week, especially for pressing matters.

Moreover, they helped guide us to make the best purchase. They shared their expertise, knowledge and skills to provide educated pointers to help us make a well informed decision. We even passed up our first home choice because they were looking out for our well being and our investment benefit. I appreciated their insight, especially because I was purchasing a home from out of state. They help coordinate the multiple inspections and negotiated repairs based on disclosures. They went the extra mile from getting videos of properties so we could get a better view to dedicating all their time when we were in town to visit. We found Cameron and Lourdes when we went to check out one of their listings. We still didn't have an agent, we just wanted to jump on this listing because of the fast paced market in Denver. We didn't end up making an offer on the property, but Cameron offered to show us other properties that had just popped up on MLS. It was well past midnight and Cameron was still emailing me properties based on our criteria. I would email him that late at night and he was still responding to me. The next morning at 8am we were looking at homes we had narrowed down and by 1pm the very next day we made an offer on one of the properties Cameron had found for us. During the process Cameron was on the spot, he kept in constant contact, always looked out for us. He managed to get the seller to pay half of our fees in this market! While doing one of the many contract addendum's Cameron managed to find a single word that the buyer’s agent had removed from the addendum, it was amazing. We had a nightmare for a mortgage company and Cameron was constantly on them. I'm pretty sure Cameron talked to my lender more than I did. The wife and I constantly commented about how lucky we were to find these folks and that's the truth. You're not going to find a better agents then Cameron and Lourdes, don't pass them up!
