Cameron Smith

Cameron Smith grew up in San Luis Obispo as part of a real estate family. Taking detours to see the latest housing rehab project was a normal part of growing up and allowed him to see the beauty and variety of SLO county. Now an Atascadero homeowner, he enjoys raising a family here on the Central Coast.

Cameron has had a front row seat to all the facets of real estate - rehabbing houses to sell, managing apartment buildings, tenant relations, advertising, maintenance, bookkeeping, and more! Now, he is excited to help people realize their own real estate goals.

When he is not waging war against the gophers in his backyard, you can find him reading anything from fantasy novels to classics, business books to westerns, and everything in between. Feel free to ask him for book recommendations! (Spoiler alert: he will recommend The Hobbit if you have never read it).

Real Estate is not his only interest, however. Cameron has traveled to twenty-three states and seventeen countries. Ask him about wrestling with Hyenas or swimming in the Dead Sea or give him your own travel suggestions!

Grounded in SLO county and experienced in travel abroad, Cameron knows the Central Coast is special, and he would love to help you with your own piece of it.
