Plain and simple...he cares! He is always at the forefront of pertinent information during the selling process and answers any question that may arise. He accomplishes tasks that many homeowners are unqualified or too lackadaisical to achieve. His upbeat, dedicated attitude helped us to purchase our dream home, and we can't thank him enough. Also, best hair in the business!

Cameron is an amazing realtor and here’s why!

I had a divorce with my now ex-husband about 10 years ago, in the agreement we had a co-owned property. My ex husband fell into some bad habits and found himself living in the home. We have had no contact & protective orders, etc. making selling a home very difficult especially because both parties were at odds & had many bumps in the road ahead. We were actively in court and had lots of issues surrounding selling this home. Cam did an amazing job of being in touch with us both, while keeping our individual conversations private. Cam did amazing with listening and voicing the concerns of each party. He could explain and break the news of everything to my ex in terms he could understand & could help him understand why he needed to do the things he had to do. Cam hit the price point for the home on the head because the house had an offer within 24 hours of hitting the market & after all the court shenanigans, technicalities & paperwork the home was officially sold within a few weeks. Cam did very well coaching & made the entire emotional, stressful, and overwhelming process much easier & we couldn’t thank him enough!

Cameron was great to work with and I highly recommend him.

He was patient when we needed to take a breather (the market was not cooperating with us) and he worked quickly when we found houses we were interested in. He also was great at explaining things, giving advice, listening to us and understanding our needs, and giving recommendations for other housing contacts (brokers, insurance agents, inspectors, etc.)

Cameron is terrific! He always made sure to make me feel comfortable taking my time to find the right house to purchase, I never felt like I was under any pressure to make a decision. Cameron also has a great network of people to help you with the home-buying process (inspectors, mortgage officers, etc.) and while you should always do your due diligence I was more than happy with everybody Cameron recommended. A+, 10/10, as many gold stars as are available, can't recommend Cameron enough.

We weren’t planning on moving but had a search with our dream home criteria set up. When THE house came up, Cameron helped to navigate the extremely quick process of getting our home ready to sell by recommending excellent new flooring, painting and staging professionals and setting up step by step tasks for me to complete so we could list our house asap and make a contingent offer possible. It was a crazy process especially during the holidays, but the fact that in less than two months Cameron was able to list and sell our house and help us buy our dream home is INCREDIBLE!
He was helpful, strategic and encouraging during the entire process and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to utilize his skills as a realtor.

We had a wonderful experience working with Cameron (and Suzan!) and highly recommend them. From our very first appointment with them, I was impressed. We arrived early for our meeting and they welcomed us in and stayed well past our meeting time to answer my many questions. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and they were always very patient and great at educating us throughout the process. They responded very promptly to all emails, calls, and texts, which I really appreciated. During tours, they gave us their honest opinions but were not at all forceful. Cameron and Suzan are very professional, kind, and responsive people. We also appreciated that, once we found the house we wanted to buy, they were with us every step of the way and connected us with great people (e.g., loan officers, closer, homeowners insurance brokers, contractors). Cameron Voss has been my agent as a buyer in 2020 and a seller in 2021. I am grateful to have had his experience, dedication, and knowledge in my corner during these two major transactions.

My husband and I first worked with him in 2020 to return home to Minnesota after years of apartment living on the East Coast. We had met in 2019 at an open house before I began seriously searching, and his easy-going demeanor and knowledge of the Minnesota real estate market stood out, so when it was time to start looking actively in summer 2020, Cameron was my first call. He listened to our needs and objectives and facilitated our remote search, scouting properties for us, taking videos - all of the advance preparation to make our in-person search efficient. Cameron made himself extremely available during my house-hunting trip and showed me many houses without pressure. When the right house appeared, he got me in to see it within a day and guided us to write an attractive offer that beat out other bidders.

A year later, I reached out to Cameron for his help in selling my parents’ home. He and his team provided excellent advice in preparing the property, balancing upgrades to maximize appeal while minimizing time and cost. Cameron also understood the complex emotions involved in selling the family home and was a steady guide and support to me through the process. When it came time to list and show the house, Cameron used his network to guide us to a smooth sale within a month and a successful closing.

My family and I highly recommend Cameron, as a knowledgeable, caring agent, who takes care of the business end of buying and selling with ease, while treating his clients as friends.

Cameron is very nice! He answered questions very quickly. If he could not answer my questions immediately, he would always give me an estimate of time that he can get back to me. He is also professional and responsible. He would make sure the home fit my requirements before I go to see it. And his evaluations are mostly right. Since I had no experience of buying a home, Cameron checked the quality of each home very carefully for me and pointed out the concerns. He didn’t push me to buy a home but let me decide whether I want to make an offer. Based on the on market situation, when I made an offer to my current home, he suggested a good price for me. He is also patient and thoughtful. The process of accepting the offer of my current home was postponed kind of long by the seller. I was worried whether I should wait or keep searching for new home. He kept me updated every couple days and assured me that it can be closed on the date I proposed. And I finally closed on that date and did not waste any time. I would definitely recommend Cameron to my friends if they want to buy or sell a home.

I OWN A HOME! Cameron helped me make my dreams come true! He helped my sister buy a home last year and after he did such a good job with her, I had to get him as my realtor. He helped me stay in my budget (even when there were a lot of "lemons" we looked at) and was patient as we waited for the right house to come along. I wear rose colored glasses when house shopping, so Cameron was the responsible one, pointing out the (obvious) flaws I overlooked and kept me from buying anything that would be more work than it was worth. The logistics of my real estate purchase proved to be more bumpy than average. That being said, those bumps were smoothed out and I was fully informed as to my options and probable outcomes at all times thanks to Cameron. I can’t speak highly enough of the fact that Cameron excels at communication. As the twists and turns of my purchase came and went, I was never left in the dark, never felt I needed to chase someone down for answers, or had to engage in any micro managing. With Cameron on my side, I very much felt I had a teammate in my corner who always made me aware the final choices were mine to make, but I feel his insight and experience proved to be decisive in my transaction.

I valued both Cameron’s professionalism and his personal candor through out my search. Both were perfectly complimentary to understanding the gravity of a large purchase financial decision and the compassion of a person on a very human level.

There is no doubt in my mind that Cameron put in a great deal of time, both long hours and odd hours, to find me answers and to help me navigate the hurdles that were in the way of my closing. Cameron did those things while advocating for my position at every turn. I am very grateful and could not be happier with both his efforts and my purchase outcome.

Finding good people to help you in matters that are outside your expertise is tremendously important. That those people be knowledgeable, highly skilled and easy to work with, is always the goal. Cameron is all of those things and he brought all those qualities to focus for my deal. Writing this review is perhaps the easiest part of my real estate transaction. What can I say? Cameron is absolutely amazing. He’s responsive and flexible and I would recommend him to anyone. Our daughter bought a house from this realtor. We had such great confidence in Cameron Voss guiding her through this process. It was a relief to know she was not just looking at the appearance of the house. Cameron helped her learn to look beyond the layout to the actual structure, foundation, roofing, leaking ceilings, etc. He invited us to join them anytime while viewing homes, but since we lived 3-4 hrs away, it was difficult. We trusted his knowledge, expertise and experience to find the house to best fit our daughter. When she did decide on the best house, he followed and helped her through the entire process. We understand that is a normal procedure for Realtors, but he stayed in contact with her, answered millions of our questions, reminded her of deadlines, met with her when she needed, even if only to reassure her.
In other words we were extremely satisfied with Cameron Voss as our daughters realtor.

I was brand new to the home-buying process when I was referred to Cameron. I didn’t know how to navigate this crazy market, but he did! He educated me, which allowed me to put my best offer forward to every seller. He helped me discern what I wanted and needed in a home, helped me find what I was looking for, and when things were unpredictable, I relied on his years of experience to guide me. Cameron advocated for me and looked out for my best interests the entire way. His knowledge on home maintenance and structure was invaluable. Once he got me into the right home, he made sure I was protected with a home warranty. I was moving from out of town and had a challenging schedule, but Cameron was always accommodating. Very prompt communication with me and the seller. While the current market made buying a house difficult, Cameron was encouraging when things didn’t go my way. Cameron was great through the entire process. He showed us 7 houses and we made an offer on the 6th. Never pressured us to look at any properties we did not want to see. He offered no pressure to even make an offer.
