Her career began in the new home sales arena where she was instrumental in establishing a fledgling developer as one of the most sought after and successful privately held home builders in Colorado. Since then, she has gone on to collaborate with developers, top builders, architects and contractors in the metro area. She was approached by a national marketing company to join their team and was involved in the complex building, selling, marketing and design of two high end luxury condo/town home/patio home projects. The experience provided her with an additional layer of operations, architectural designs, vertical and paired building plans, specific construction methods, customization, pricing strategies, management philosophies and HOA's.

Although there is no crystal ball when it comes to real estate, she has an ‘educated instinct’. She knows the properties, neighborhoods, and the entities involved. Her knowledge of values, price points, and process is incredibly accurate.

Market knowledge and advanced negotiation skills are just the basics. It’s also very much about playing a critical role in a client’s life for however long they need you. Whatever the outcome may be, it is her job to be reliable, focused, and more importantly to negotiate a successful transaction.
