My wife and I had a great experience working with Candice in search of our dream home in Frisco, Co. We were in search of the ideal home, setting, cost and vibe to satisfy our desire to create life time memories for our multi-generation family. Candice listened, offered advice, and was highly instructive working across 5 different family members, all with opinions. She is very knowledgeable on the contracting and closing process. which went very smoothly. We had our closing end of March and are very excited to move forward with our journey.

Moving to Denver from out of state I soon found myself in an entirely different real estate market than I was used to. (Hello what is radon?) Candice represented my family in purchasing our first home in Denver. Being a CO native, she has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods and how they have been changing. She guided us through home buying process at the warp speed required to get the place we wanted. End result being that we are in a place we love and on budget.
I genuinely enjoyed working with Candice and would recommend her for any real estate transactions.
