I was recommended to work with Cara, the realtor, and her husband John, the lender, by a good friend and coworker of mine. My friend told me he has worked with them to buy and sell the past 3 homes he has owned and just purchased another through them. He stated how much of a benefit it was to work with them because they have such a great relationship and I absolutely agree. This is my second home purchase and this time went so smooth compared to my first home, where I did not use a realtor. Cara found us an amazing home and scored us a fantastic deal on it. She gave us advice and recommendations about the homes, prices, loan type and everything else involved in the process and her husband worked with us on the loan and recommended the best course of action. They both kept my fiance and I informed and educated us on all of our options and which loan would be the best and what homes qualified. Everything about the process with the two of them went better than could have been expected. Their knowledge and experience in the industry showed when they were able to predict any issues that may arise and we were about to avoid them and close on the home on time without any bumps along the way. I was recommended to them by a fellow military member and would recommend this power-duo to anyone, military or civilian, to work with them on purchasing or selling their home.

We have known Cara Harris for over two years. We bought one and sold one through Cara. The one we bought was while we were out of state & she & her husband John were awesome in making everything run smoothly. The home we sold Cara was there with us all the way. We would highly recommend Cara Harris to handle ANYONE'S real estate needs.
