Cara was the realtor for my wife and mine first home purchase. We were extremely lucky to have Cara advising us throughout the process. The home purchase was extremely tricky - it was a custom built house and the timeline was postponed due to the builder not getting appropriate clearances from the county office. Throughout this six month frustrating process, Cara provided us with the right counsel. By the time we moved into our house, Cara was a trusted family friend to us. We would highly recommend Cara to anyone looking for real estate.

Cara helped me navigate through this crazy market to buy my first house. She was so quick to respond and she got my boyfriend and I into every listing we wanted to see and understood what we were really looking for. She had great connections all over and was able to give us advice on the pros and cons of different house features. In this crazy market we had to put offers on a few houses before finding our new home and she was always on top of getting our offers in quickly and made sure we understood what we were agreeing to. Even when some of our offers were not accepted, Cara reassured us that our home is out there and made us excited to keep looking. She made this whole process fun and memorable and we couldn't have done it without her.

I’m Martha (buyer) and worked with Cara. She knew what I was looking for and only sent me those houses. She was always prompt, courteous and could walk through the house and show you the best features and would look at things like hot water heaters etc to let you know when those items were last inspected. When I signed a sales agreement she was immediately on top of the paperwork. Cara was always pleasant and moved heaven and earth to get my house to closing. I highly, and without reservation, recommend her as a real estate agent.
