Caress grew up in the Philippines and moved to the states when she was thirteen. Since then, America has been her home. She was first introduced to the real estate world in 2009 when she went to work for an escrow company. She continues to work in escrow while also pursuing her career as a Real Estate Agent. She initiates opening of escrow accounts for buyers and/or sellers and serves as the first line of communication between realtors, mortgage brokers and title officers. Caress got her notary license in 2016, making her an expert in notarizing seller packages and buyer/borrower loan documents. All her escrow and notary experience make her a versatile and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent that can help you complete your transaction from start to finish.
