Carissa Sargent

Carissa grew up in the Vail Valley and she has lived in the Denver area for almost 20 years. Following in the footsteps of her grandparents and parents, she’s been personally involved in real estate since her early 20s as a homeowner, landlord, short term rental operator, and Realtor in Denver. She’s lived in a variety of Denver areas including Denver University, Aurora, Berkeley, Sunnyside, and now Golden. She holds a degree in Communication Sciences and also helped her husband run his restaurants for the past 8 years until recently closing the last one to help him embark on a new chapter in real estate too!

Carissa wears many hats as a business owner, but real estate is her top priority. She provides excellent customer service to her clients, as she possesses the expertise that makes each transaction as seamless and successful as possible, getting her clients from where they are to where they want to be.
