About Carl

Carl Mataushek is a licensed broker associate and has been with the Real Estate Firm of Orlando for the last 9 years. As a native Floridian, he has a vast knowledge of the state of Florida that he loves to call his home. Carl spent 20 years in South Florida between Miami and Okeechobee and for the last 17 years has been residing in Winter Garden.

Carl spent 17+ years working for the Walt Disney World Company and has grown his international and domestic networks vastly, which has had a large impact on his business. His years of service with the Walt Disney Company have contributed to his hospitality and customer service mindset; giving each of his customers the Disney service they deserve while also allowing him to help buyers create unique vacation investment portfolios.

Carl holds the designations MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and the GKC (Excellence in professionalism) CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). His education also consists of an Associates of Arts degree with Valencia College and a Bachelor in Humanities from Rollins College.

Carl has been a member of Rotary International for the past 4 years and is currently a member at the Rotary Club of Horizon West. Carl also contributes to RPAC and volunteers regularly with the Ronald McDonald House and Give Kids The World. Both charities are near to his heart, since his brother had Leukemia as a child, and both organizations where there to help his family.

On his downtime, Carl enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter traveling with them and enjoying Central Florida which he calls home.

My wife and I have heard that the process of becoming a first time home buyer is very stressful. I must admit that some parts were, like reading contracts and fine prints. But, thanks to Ryan(Carl), the process went smoother than I expected. From advising the best First time Home Buyer Programs, to understanding the many documents we signed and of course the closing process. Basically, he was there from start to finish. As a 1st time home buyer, Carl was exactly what I needed. He made the process completely transparent and easy! Carl was patient and willing to view as many potential houses as I wanted, his hours were flexible and worked with me on evenings and weekends!
