Couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a first time home buyer, Carl guided us through every step of the process. At no point did he ever make us feel pressured and even went out of his way to point out both the ups and downs to properties we looked at! Even after we sealed the deal on our home.... Carl was there to answer our questions that arose. Should we need another realtor again... he'll be our first stop! A+++

Working with Carl, both from our home overseas and once we arrived in Asheville was a real pleasure. He really listened and responded with various solutions to actually meet our needs. I would say he went above and beyond to have our remote closing take place even as the banks did not make it easy.
I would highly recommend his services to anyone as he gets the job done well and we just plain liked working with him!
