Whether it's helping make the dream of homeownership a reality for buyers or representing sellers, she educates, advocates, and negotiates tirelessly to maximize the returns of her clients' greatest financial asset. Carla's real estate know-how is second only to her emotional intelligence. Carla began her real estate career in college, working in corporate and residential finance. Later, she founded her own real estate investment firm and mortgage company. She was also a partner in a development company that specialized in remodeling and restoring homes in the San Gabriel Valley. An abundance of experience which led her to become a top residential real estate broker.

Carla's greatest joy is being a mother of two young adults. She is a leader, philanthropist, CrossFit athlete, avid reader, and world traveler. She was born and raised in Argentina and migrated to the U.S. when she was 14 years old. Passionate about community and philanthropy, she has been voted the sponsor of the Pasadena Bar Association, is a Legacy member on the Advisory Council to the Leadership Pasadena's Board of Directors, serves as Board President of the Pasadena Fire Foundation, and is a committee member to WIN at NAACP Pasadena Chapter. Her past community service expands to multiple non-profit boards of directors including TEDxPasadena, Aids Service Center, Pasadena Children's Guild, and her international volunteer trips with PanAmerican Health Services in Pena Blanca, Honduras, and Finding Sophia in Tecate, Mexico. Following her passion for mentoring others, Carla has launched a speaker series on Resilience and a Women's Wellness mentoring community.
