A third-generation Los Angeles native, Carlos Fitzpatrick grew up in the real estate business, so it was a natural progression for him to continue his family legacy with a career in real estate. His father has been a licensed broker since 1978 and his mother worked hard to establish a successful career at Jon Douglas Realty.

This provided him with deep knowledge and understanding of Los Angeles neighborhoods and lifestyles, as well as the ability to connect with the clients he serves. Highly skilled and customer-focused, Carlos also has experience in property management, advertising, and marketing, which brings tremendous value to every transaction.

Carlos has gained valuable experience handling probate & trust real estate transactions. He knows what is required to meet the real estate needs of Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Fiduciaries and Attorneys. Carlos specializes in assisting clients as they navigate the complex world of real property transactions through probate, trust, and conservatorship throughout Los Angeles County.
