Our lives forever changed because of how good God is and he brought Carlos Rodrigues and his Wife Krystina into our lives. We were able to buy our First home in March of 2021!! during a time when there wasn't much out there and prices were going higher and higher. We were losing hope but not Carlos and Krystina they kept us going and when we finally found our dream home. Carlos and Krystina did everything they could to make it happen. They have the best team and will guide you through everything. Just know that the process can be long but it's worth it. If you have people who genuinely care about you and your needs, it will all work out. Carlos and Krystina are honest from the start and very trustworthy.

Carlos is an excellent Realtor, its takes highly experienced agents to successfully close on some of our deals we do in Real Estate business. We recently worked on a triple escrow together and it was also a 1031 Exchange for my client and a relocation for his so lots happening and a domino affect with each sale. When you have three escows closing in a short amount of time with lots of people involved and time restrictions, you have to trust the people you are working with to keep things going. I would be happy to recommend working with Carlos again as he was alway professional, very knowledgable and on top of things during the deal. One of the many great things about working with Carlos and Keys is the stress level for selling a home was brought way down. Trying to settle Dad's estate was an emotional and stress full event which Carlos and Krys made much more relaxed. They guided us through and kept us informed every step of the way with constant contact and updates. In addition, Carlos and Krys have people to help with things like cleaning and debris removal. Really was a great experience working with Carlos and Krys.

Our first decision turned out being our best decision... going with our gut feelings after a brief, but great first impression of Carlos Rodrigues. Shortly after, it got even better finding out we would have a husband and wife team w/ Krys. She brought in an element of fun and exciting possibilities with our own and future properties. Selling and buying a home during the pandemic has had it's own unique challenges on top of the expected stressful factors. I contacted Carlos and Krys about possibly selling, although deep down I wanted to re-fi but lost all hope that I would be able to do so. After meeting with Carlos and Krys, I felt a weight off my shoulders. I was not dealing with the shark type of real estate agents-- these are the nice ones! They let me know right now is a good time to sell, however instead they referred me to a good lender friend of their's, Carlos even attended the appointment with me! I am not sure if I will end up selling or buying down the road, but if I do, I know who I will go to. Carlos and Cristina Rodrigues make a great team. They helped my wife and me sell our house. They acted with such professionalism from start to finish. They aided us in getting our house to be aesthetically pleasing and ready for display.

On the first day of our interview with Carlos, he told us, "Don't worry. I'll take care of it all."

The process was very simple. We put the house up for sale on a Friday. On the following day, the Rodrigues team arrived at our house ready to bake cookies and brew coffee. In addition, they brought disposable ankle socks for all the potential buyers.

Our home was sold on the first day of the open house. The whole experience was pleasant and magnificent.

The Rodrigues team exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

We decided to sell our home during the hardest times in most people's lives. Husband was finishing up his degree, we were pregnant, and moving out of state! Then a pandemic happened! To be honest, this is the third transaction I have had the opportunity to do with Carlos and his wife Krys. I had bought a beautiful home which he helped negotiate the price down with the seller 15k below the asking price. He then helped me sell that home during my divorce within 24 hours making it as painless as possible. Now that my divorce was finalized, he helped me purchase another beautiful home in Eastlake for my son and I. With great schools surrounding, I couldn't be anymore excited about this purchase.
