Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1961, and a father of two outstanding children, Chip is an avid water enthusiast - rising to the level of PADI Scuba Instructor. His love of the South Florida Waterways has also driven him to become licensed as a United States Coast Guard Yacht Captain.
A member of Miami Board of Realtors, Chip also serves as the Board President for Board of Director’s for The Children’s Home Society since 2007 (Chairman of the Board 2017-2020) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Weston Chamber of Commerce (2006 to present) a council of The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
Chip is also a member of The Master Broker Forum since 2009. MBF is a group of the TOP 200 agents in Broward County and are held to the highest standards.
