Carmah I Hatch

Even after more than 40 years as a top-producing agent in the Greater Sacramento region, Carmah Hatch is still excited and passionate about finding the right home for her clients. She feels lucky to be in a line of work that combines her natural love of people and homes. Her career began by buying, fixing up, and selling her own homes — in today’s terms, she was a flipper! Carmah’s friends saw her designs and asked her to help them redesign their homes. Soon enough, Carmah got her real estate license and began selling homes full-time.

Carmah is a great listener. Understanding her client's wants and needs is key to every transaction, and she knows that each purchase and sale is unique. Her clients love her, and repeat clients and referrals make up the foundation of her business. When working with new clients, Carmah recognizes that identifying what each client needs is the most important step in matching them with the right home.

Carmah loves Sacramento with its many trees, two rivers, amazing American River Parkway, farmers market, and great restaurants. She enjoys the architectural diversity ranging from charming estates to hip, modern homes and condos.

You will usually find Carmah surrounded by great friends, terrific art, rescue dogs, and good food and wine. Carmah and her husband, Scott, enjoy entertaining family and friends in their home on the American River in Carmichael.
