Growing up with her mom, Janice Ash Sialiano, a successful Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage agent since 1989, real estate has always been inherent second nature to Carmen. From an early age, she accompanied her mom to showings and client meetings, gaining invaluable experience. For over 20 years, Carmen has owned and operated Carmen Ash Photography, a thriving photography business that not only showcases her passion but also affords her the flexibility to explore her other career opportunities. Her keen eye for detail has proven extremely useful in her ability to stage and photograph homes. Carmen also has experience in buying and flipping homes, giving her a special insight into project management. Now settled in her forever home in Murrells Inlet, Carmen is eager to help others find theirs. Carmen has been married for over 15 years (her husband is also in real estate!) and has two children. A servant leader, her family founded and runs a local charity, The Community Christmas Dinner. For over 35 years, the Community Christmas Dinner has worked to make sure no one goes without food for Christmas. With over 8 locations, they feed around 15,000 people around the Grand Strand yearly.
