She has been a consultant to the new home industry, a sales & property management trainer & zoning specialist for Planned Communities over a 28 year career. In 1998, Carol Ann became a Developer and Manager of Planned communities in Ohio & Florida. In 2005, Carol Ann relocated to Summit County Colorado where she has developed & rehabbed smaller properties.

In 2010, Carol Ann moved down to Denver Metro's Front Range where she established a respected reputation in marketing property for individual owners as well as new homes for custom builders.
In residential resales, Carol Ann has a strong design background and specializes in assisting Senior Sellers with updating their property so they can achieve a greater market value. There is no extra charge for this valuable service to seniors which typically involves managing contractors on behalf of the Sellers who don't have the connections or experience to manage this process. She also stages Sellers' properties at no additional cost to the Seller.
