Carol Avila

Carol’s broad responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, scheduling buyer showings, developing contracts, assisting with marketing proposals for listing presentations, coordinating client outreach, overseeing property preparation for new listings, assisting with pre-sale and current escrows, managing advertising placements, and providing additional client support as needed.

Carol joined Steve’s team in 2013 and previously held positions as an assistant for one of San Francisco’s top commercial real estate agents and as an Advertising Manager for a large residential real estate company. Originally from southern California, Carol completed coursework at City College in San Francisco. Carol’s knowledge of the real estate business, and excellent organizational and communication skills makes her an asset to the team.
