Carol Bush is a Monrovia native with over a decade of experience, 100+ closed transactions, and more than $60 million in sales across the SoCal area. She is Co-founder of The Bush Capitano Team, specializing in historic neighborhoods, character homes, & luxury estates. She brings personal roots to the communities she serves, having grown up, invested, and built her career in the same neighborhoods where she now represents clients. Raised in a 1910 Monrovia craftsman bungalow, Carol developed an appreciation for the architecture of the area. While attending Vanguard University, she acquired her first investment property, gaining early hands-on experience in rental operations & property management. She later purchased a Monrovia home to renovate & converted it into a long-term rental after the housing market crash, offering firsthand perspective on shifting market conditions, resilience, & long-term ownership.
This investor-informed perspective carries through her work. Known for creative problem-solving & strategic negotiation, Carol delivers consistent results, including securing $60,000 in savings for a Monrovia seller and helping buyers win in competitive situations. Her experience spans 1920s bungalows, Spanish estates, & architecturally significant residences, including a Craftsman built by Monrovia founder William Monroe.
Carol holds designations including Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), & Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and has completed Luxury certification. Her work spans 1st-time buyers, move-up homeowners, luxury home clients, investors, seniors in transition, and clients navigating probate, trusts, and complex transactions.
She has received multiple awards, including Coldwell Banker’s Rookie of the Year, International Sterling Society, & International Diamond Society Team awards. After moving to Seven Gables, she and her business partner Joanne Capitano were named Highest Producing New Partners and most recently, Top Duo in the San Gabriel Valley.
