In the past five months, Carol has helped me with two real estate transactions. She helped me sell my home and she also helped me purchase a property for my business. When I sold my home, Carol not only provided expert guidance regarding home and yard repairs and updates, staging, etc., but she also identified and made the arrangements with the professionals who did the work. When it came to the final sale, Carol's knowledge, experience, and advice made it possible for me to sell the home at 20% above asking price. When I purchased the property for my business, Carol helped me navigate an extremely competitive real estate market and to develop a competitive bid that I was comfortable with and that was ultimately successful. I highly recommend Carol and would not hesitate to call on her again in the future!

Carol is the best real estate agent I could have found! During the last few years Carol has helped me purchase four properties, including one commercial. She has also helped me sell two properties.
I really enjoy working with Carol because: a) she is extremely knowledgeable about market trends; b) she is very flexible and does her best to adapt to one's busy schedule; c) she is well connected and has recommendations from lenders to appraisers to home inspectors; d) she doesn't pressure you. She takes the time to explain all details and provide all the information needed so that you can make an educated decision; and e) she has amazing people skills.
Whenever I need a real estate agent, Carol is first on my list!

I have worked with Carol to buy 2 homes and sell one, and it was a fantastic experience. She’s a top notch pro with a lot of experience and relationships in the DMV, and helped me through every step of the process. Buying a house in this market is hard, and at times disappointing when a favorite potential home gets sold in a matter of hours, but she steered me through the process and provided honest feedback on the homes we looked at, the pricing, and ultimately the contract. I highly, highly recommend working with her!!!

Carol is fantastic! I have worked with her many times in recent years -- she has served as our listing agent and our buyer's agent, and she helped us find great tenants for our rental property. She is very conscientious, calm, well-informed, and tenacious when necessary. She has also referred us to excellent professionals when we needed work done on our properties.
