We just wanted to tell you what a true pleasure it has been for us to work with Carol! She has made this whole experience a truly memorable and enjoyable one. She kept us calm through the rough spots, patient through the waiting points, and laughing through the stressful parts. She went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect house for our family, and didn't care how long it took or how many houses we needed to see. I believe our total houses viewed neared 20 and she was just as patient and pleasant with us while looking at the last as she was on day one!
