Carol Pollock

Carol began her real estate career in 2001 as a full-time agent with Golden Isles Realty. With over $200 Million dollars in local real estate sales and over 400 closed transactions, Carol is a life member of the Million Dollar Club, the Circle of Excellence, and the Oglethorpe Award. She attributes her success to market knowledge, listening to her clients, upholding high ethical standards and working hard. Carol enjoys facilitating all the details of the transaction; from the negotiations, inspections, working with the mortgage company and closing attorney to ensure a smooth and successful process as well keeping her clients well informed. She has experience selling single-family homes, vacation homes, multi-family, and undeveloped land. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young boys and the outdoors. Prior to her real estate career, she went to Georgia Southern University where she received a four – year women’s soccer scholarship and a degree in Natural & Cultural Resource Management with a minor in Biology.
