Carole Kay is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is passionate about “Changing the Way You Live” by helping individuals build their real estate business. If you are newly licensed, she has developed a team mentoring program that gives you individual attention assisting you with your clients to assure you can conduct yourself professionally and with knowledge while learning the dynamics of the real estate transaction.
A life-long Florida native, Carole had a successful corporate career in grant funding, customer service strategies and training, as a Human Resource Director along with being an Academic Advisor for Florida Atlantic University. After getting into real estate due to a divorce and needing to raise her 11 year old daughter and newborn son, she knew flexibility with her work schedule was a must. She also needed to ensure financial success and didn’t have the resources to jump into a business that required a tremendous amount of outlay. Knowing she always had a deep interest in real estate, she got her license and never looked back. The profession has granted her the opportunity to make a living and be there for her family as life demanded it. She no longer had to worry about a 9-5 job but could work the hours needed to get the job done as her life allowed. She now has a passion for helping others reap the same reward she did with the profession.
In 2011, she opened Carole Kay Realty, which has gained a reputation for it’s in depth market knowledge and treating each client as if they are family. She treats her agents as family and strives to meet their individual needs. No matter if you intend to be a part-time agent or full time in real estate, Carole Kay makes every effort to assist you meet your professional and financial goals. You will also have the personal Mentor if you are newly licensed to assist you in your professional growth and our office is truly a team environment with everyone willing to help when you need it.
Carole has a B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University in Social Sciences with Master level coursework in Social Work. She has a professional background in Grant Writing, Human Resources and Customer Service Management, Academic Counseling, Human Resources as well as an extensive Real Estate background. The real estate market is always evolving and it is important to know how to meet the changing demands so you can continue to build your business and be successful as a Realtor. With Carole and a Mentor, you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and be ensured your leads turn into closings while you are learning the business.
Carole lives locally in Boynton Beach, and is a proud mom and grandmother to two boys. When she is not working on real estate, she is spending time with her horses , a rescued Mustang and a Fox Trotter rescued from slaughter, her two dogs a Min-Pin and a Golden Retriever/Shar Pei mix both rescues as well. This is of course in addition to spending time with family which includes her husband, a son, daughter and her two grandchildren.
