She works harder than anyone I've ever worked with in real estate. She managed every single detail of the process, including multiple contractors, appointments, repairs, staging, etc. She brought a real creative energy to the process and made the entire experience painless for me as a seller. We worked with Caroline to purchase our first house and couldn't have had an easier time, thanks to her incredible assistance through the whole process! We were recommended through a friend, and quickly became friends with Caroline as we started to tour houses and submit bids. Given this was our first time purchasing, we were hesitant and had tons of questions. Caroline was patient with us and always able to answer any questions we had, regardless of how small. She's incredibly responsive to email and text, and made herself available for touring on week nights and weekends, working around our busy schedule. Words can’t describe how wonderful Caroline Kern was to work with. As a first time home buyer, she patiently looked at houses for over six months with me. Caroline seamlessly led us through the process of buying our first home. We started our search during a high in the market - it was extremely competitive and she helped us feel confident in the process, helping to steer us away from homes that weren’t an exact fit, schedule pre-offer inspections, and even pointed out things we missed while viewing houses.
