Caroline Picha

Caroline comes to the team after a 13-year career in finance. An LA native, Caroline and her family have made Long Beach their home. They are active members of the community and fans of its many parks, restaurants, and waterfront spaces. Caroline boasts dual titles of agent and satisfied customer, having first met the team in 2013 when buying her family's first home in Long Beach. She hopes to provide that support to other individuals and young families looking to find a home -- and community -- of their own. A math major and former corporate event manager, there is no detail too small or too complex for Caroline, and she brings authenticity, humor and care to every client relationship. She is thrilled to join the team and offers agent services in English, Spanish and French.
