Bay Area native Carolyn Burkhardt is proud to represent her Morgan Hill and south county community. After earning a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology and a master’s degree in public administration, she began her career in human resources. She later pivoted to teaching elementary school and even opened her own small business, Yard Card Love, spreading happiness daily. All of these diverse experiences coalesced to make her a standout agent with the communication, organizational, and business skills to deliver results.
Carolyn’s business is built on kindness and community. She values the opportunity to share Morgan Hill with her clients, and her positive attitude always leaves them smiling. As a former educator, she effortlessly guides her clients through the real estate process and helps them make informed decisions. Carolyn loves sharing her knowledge with first-time and upgrade buyers, and she holds a First-Time Buyer Specialist Certification.
Carolyn thrives on bringing people together and, because her family is her greatest inspiration, she is very active in her kids’ elementary school and was on the board for several years at Morgan Hill Parent Child Nursery School. But that’s not where Carolyn’s dedication to her community ends — she is always organizing events in Morgan Hill, from neighborhood egg hunts to coloring contests. Carolyn also founded the Morgan Hill Mama Bears and Morgan Hill Family Facebook groups, which act as support systems for local moms and caregivers. Above all, Carolyn is grateful for her husband, three young children, and her loyal dog Sissy, the best Chihuahua ever.
