Carolyn LIMBRICK

I began working in business finance my senior year in High School. I was employed by the Farmers Home Administration, under the United States Dept of Agriculture. Not only did we give loans to farmers but we also provided low income homes loans for rural housing.

After graduating from high school I attended Tyler Junior College. For the 2 years I attended Tyler Junior College, I worked in the Financial Aid Office part-time and received my AAS. I furthered my interest in Mortgage banking by getting a job with Lomas Mortgage USA, formerly known as Lomas & Nettleton.
Here is were my knowledge broaden, I first worked for Lomas Field Service, property preservation for about 4 years. Then the interest rate dropped for the first time in a decade. So this opened a window for Lomas to offer refinacing to its entire residential mortgage portfollio.
I spent my last 2 years with Lomas as a streamline refinance loan officer.
