Carolyn Skyles

Carolyn is a native Texan who grew up in the Park Cities area of Dallas and then graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 where she obtained a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Sociology. She is now an established broker associate at Compass Real Estate with the Greenwood Residential Group combining 19 years of experience with her local market expertise to always serve the best interests of her clients. The key to Carolyn’s success lies in her philosophy: real estate will always be more about people than the property. Listening to her clients’ wants, needs and concerns comes first, and the right property will follow.

Being actively involved in her community is very important to Carolyn as she has previously co-lead her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, is a member of various organizations such as the Ballet Austin Guild and the Women’s Symphony League and helps support the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Austin. Carolyn lives in West Lake Hills and enjoys traveling, biking, lake activities, and spending time with her daughter and their new puppy, Winston.
