Katy and I have worked with Carrie on two separate occasions, both of which we could not have asked for a better more attentive agent who demonstrates exceptional professionalism. Carrie looks after the interest of the home owner and or buyer through every step. Carrie has always presented great follow up on any question or concern and sets clear expectations for what the client is looking for in a sale or purchase. Had Katy and I not have moved to Tennessee we would be Carries clients on any future exchange and would not be willing to work with anyone else but Carrie.

We originally started working with Carrie when we were looking for a property to buy on the water, but changed our minds along the way and decided ultimately to move back home closer to family. Needless to say, we weren't the easiest clients to figure out because our plans kept changing (and drastically!). Through it all, Carrie expertly guided and supported us through the process while being flexible, knowledgeable, and professional at every step along the way. Carrie helped us navigate what would end up being an extremely complicated selling process with multiple contingencies, unusual offers, and several parties involved. She put us on a price point that got our house under contract in less than three days (and the selling price was one of the highest in the community in recent years that was not on/close to the water). She used a professional photographer and helped us stage our house to get maximum value. With all that being said, her best quality as a realtor is that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to work with. We couldn't have done it without her guidance, highly recommended.
