Carrie sent us listings for about a year when we came across a property that was finally going to fit our unique needs. We had no idea at the time how we would qualify to purchase it, and let her know that, but she asked to show us the property even though we were not pre-qualified. After almost 2 months we are thrilled to say we closed on the property and Carrie made the process stress free. She worked hard talking with the mortgage lender and the seller when unexpected things happened. She kept us updated and made great suggestions as things progressed. Carrie returned all our calls and texts quickly and answered all our questions and concerns. She provided us with a fantastic Binder containing all our home documents at the end of the process. We are thrilled with our new home and highly recommend Carrie as the right realtor for your home purchase.
