Carrie Kimmell

Carrie Kimmell is the Broker of record for Atlas Real Estate and Investment and oversees marketing and business development. Carrie grew up outside of Boston, MA and moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly. She has a Masters in Agriculture specializing in Biotechnology. Her strong science background makes her a resourceful and efficient researcher, as well as a creative and methodical thinker. She has experience in multi-unit and traditional residential sales and has assisted in design and renovations for over a decade.

Carrie is also an avid equestrian with a background in both English and Western disciplines and has helped many clients identify and purchase ranch and large acreage properties throughout the Central Coast. She approaches life with a patient, positive attitude, and enjoys exploring the diverse country of San Luis Obispo County.
