Carter D'Auria

Carter D’Auria joined SRS in 2020 as first vice president in the Beverly Hills office. She has more than five years of commercial real estate experience in retail leasing. At both SRS and her former firm, she was instrumental in negotiating over 150 lease transactions with a diverse mix of local, regional and national tenants.

She focuses on tenant and landlord representation and specializes in the leasing of regional and lifestyle shopping centers in Los Angeles and high profile entertainment projects throughout the U.S. Most recently handling leasing at AREA15, an experiential retail and entertainment complex, Carter brings a fresh outlook and innovative ideas to each project with a strong knowledge of current and upcoming trends.
