We are currently looking to relocate to the Fort Walton area. We initially reached out to Caryn because of her 17+ years of experience. I then spoke to her and learned of her long legacy with the area; 5 generations. My wife, daughter, and I traveled from Kentucky to view several houses over a 2 day period. She was very helpful with every neighborhood we visited. She was even able to us get us 2 last minute viewings the morning we left. Although we live many hours away, she has been most accessible and has kept us up to date with the market. Caryn is very knowledgeable, incredibly professional and someone that we genuinely enjoy being around. We can highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

If you are looking for the best realtor, you found her!!! As first time homebuyers, we thought buying a home was going to be a long difficult process, but Caryn made the process easy and stress free. Caryn was not only our realtor when we bought our home, but she was also our realtor when we sold our home before moving out of state. We recommend her to all of our friends in the area, and even tell our friends who have orders to Hurlburt to contact her! We've dealt with a handful of awful realtors before and after Caryn when we moved states and I really wish we could take her everywhere we buy/sell new homes!!

We bought a house in 2019. Caryn Hurst was the best. She was very professional and went out of her way to meet our needs. Moving to Navarre Florida from South Carolina and knowing nothing about the area. She stepped up to schedule times to meet with us at our convenience. After relocating to Navarre there were times we needed recommendations and they didn’t hesitate to help us.
I would highly recommend Her if you are looking for a home or trying to sell your home.

I would give Mrs. Caryn a TEN star rating if I could! I am a younger female and very particular about who I choose when I am purchasing ANYTHING, especially online. I was looking for someone I would be feel comfortable being around and also trustworthy. I saw Mrs. Caryn's picture and decided to give her a try. I am so glad I did! Not only did Mrs. Caryn provide that comfortability factor, she worked her butt off to help me find my ideal house. She ALWAYS answered my phone calls and texts. I never had to wait. She would literally stop what she was doing to respond - even when she was out of town with her family on a weekend get-away! These type realtors are one-in-a-million....do not hesitate to use her! She is the real deal.

Would HIGHLY recommend to any buyer/seller; *especially accommodating to military members!! I was late to start on the sale of my house, but Caryn took care of everything from coordinating with my POA to quickly resolving issues with my property, as they arose. Very communicative and respectful from start to finish. All expectations, net profit, anticipated costs and time-lines were briefed up front. I would 100% work with Caryn again!
