Cassandra’s early challenges shaped her strong work ethic, instilling a deep sense of dependability, adaptability, and integrity. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she has lived in several cities throughout Silicon Valley and now calls Atherton home.
As an assistant to top developer John Lovewell, known for developing the Google Quad Campus in Mountain View, Cassandra gained hands-on experience in financial operations. This role deepened her understanding of high-value transactions, tax planning, and the strategies high-net-worth individuals use to manage their wealth, while also becoming the go-to person for tech issues.
During her time with Robert Half Staffing Solutions, she worked across various industries and roles, refining her multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Her interest in real estate grew while working as a property manager and leasing consultant, inspiring her to earn her license in 2022. She later took on a Head of Marketing position at a loan and real estate brokerage, where she played a key role in growing the business and building its brand. Now, as part of the Oldham Group at Compass, Cassandra brings together all these experiences and qualities to deliver the best possible results for her clients, where her determination to succeed and her passion for serving others truly shine.
