About Cassidee

I am a full time real estate professional and I have been one of the top agents in the largest company in Nebraska for the past several years. I am currently licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa I have experience in every area of real estate including new construction, investment properties, existing home sales, previously listed properties that did not sell, short sales, foreclosures or REO’s, move up or downsizing purchases and sales, vacation properties, acreages and commercial properties. I have also worked with 1031 exchanges, estate sales, and condo/townhome/villas.

I have degrees in both interior design and landscape design and I am a certified home stager. I also have my certified real estate negotiator or CREN designation. I have lived in Omaha for over a decade and I have purchased and sold my own properties as well as helped countless individuals and families with their real estate needs.

I have been perfecting my real estate techniques and procedures since I became licensed. I am continually developing my talents, technologies and education to better serve my clients in our ever changing real estate climate. Cassidee made the selling process almost painless (she doesn't wash windows). Her advice proved to be invaluable from listing to final sale, advising us all along the way about next steps and what we could expect. She made recommendations for how best to prepare the house for sale and the photographs were outstanding (aside from messy pantry, but that was our fault). Our house and listing were phenomenal, especially compared to other listings at the time -- top-notch professionalism all the way around. Throughout the entire process she kept us informed, and made showings super convenient and flexible with our schedules. Her problem solving skills are next-level, and she provides workable options and solutions throughout, handling all questions or concerns before anything could turn into an issue.
