Cathy Clamp is the best realtor in San Diego. Over the course of multiple transactions throughout California and other states, I've had the opportunity to work with many realtors. Cathy is among the most effective, efficient, and trustworthy I've ever worked with. In our recent sale of a condo in a rapidly changing market, she exhibited impeccable judgment on how much to invest to prepare the condo, whom to hire, when to list, how to price, how to market, how to evaluate offers, how to negotiate, how to navigate the HOA, and how to make the deal close. Being on the east coast, I had to rely 100% on Cathy to oversee 7 vendors to rehab the unit on top of all the usual realtor duties.

From the day I hired Cathy to the day we closed was 52 days! She got me $20,000 more than the high end of the range predicted by my previous realtor.

Cathy is savvy, hard-working, resourceful, and gets things done stat. She is also friendly, warm, and knows how to deal with people. I highly recommend Cathy and will turn to her first for my San Diego real estate needs.

We met Cathy during the purchase of our home in Imperial Beach 2016. She was the selling agent, who we went to help with the purchase and she made a difficult sale happen. I know that is strange that we went to the selling agent, but our buyer's agent could not comprehend what we were trying to do. With the Buyer's agents approval, Cathy made the deal go through! We were so. impressed by her, that she was naturally our go to when selling the home 5 years later! The house was sold before it hit the market. Honestly, Cathy is the most professional, hardworking, and tenacious realtor we have ever dealt with. Go with Cathy, you will not be disappointed!!!!!

CATHY IS EXTRAORDINARY! From start to finish, Cathy advocated for getting the highest price for our house. This started with highlighting the key selling points, arranging repairs to meet inspection requirements on this older house, staging the house, and managing the buyers' agents. It turned out that our first pre-qualified buyer fell though at the last minute, but this wasn't a problem. Cathy quickly rallied by re-staging our vacated house and getting it back on the market in 24 hours. Through all of Cathy's hard work and strong negotiation skills, she secured us the highest price in the surrounding area. We started this selling process as just a business transaction, but we ended up as good friends.

Cathy is great. She is more than a Broker, she turned out to be a great friend. My wife and I spent a lot of time looking for a home. We were very picky about what we wanted and Cathy never once gave up on us. Due to outside issues, we stopped looking for a while. Cathy maintained contact with us during that time to check on us and never pressured us into getting back out there. She has many contacts throughout the county and knows how to fix any problem that may arise. She really knows how to get things done. For me, there is only one Broker in San Diego that I would trust with something as big as purchasing a home, and that is Cathy Clamp.

Cathy has been truly amazing during our home buying period.
