We had been renting out our property for the past 10 years, and when it was time to sell, the home needed a LOT of upgrades to get it ready for market. Cathy handled EVERYTHING. Her handyman team redid the floors, painted the interior, built concrete walkways around the house, fixed the tiles, refinished a bathroom, replaced the baseboard, and much, much, more. The home was beautifully staged with fine furniture and tasteful artwork. We've bought and sold several properties in the last decade, and one thing is very clear: Cathy is the best real estate agent in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Catherine is awesome! Through her patience and diligence she helped us find the perfect house and also found is a buyer when we were ready to sell our house. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and was very good with advise on remodeling. She offered great guidance through the mountain of paper work. Catherine did a wonderful job helping us to purchase a rental property in WC. She was extremely thorough, friendly and very communicative with the listing agent and us, the buyers. She’s definitely a seasoned negotiator! We ended up with a turn-key home in Walnut Creek in a desired location close to the freeway and in a court, no less. Catherine helped us to rent the property very quickly! Her experience was very apparent! We were able to purchase, close and have the property rented all within 30 days.
