Catherine has sold over $14 million real estate sales since starting her Florida real estate business in 2015. She has done more than ten new build projects where she serves her customers in every aspect of the sale including incentive negotiation, the contract, design previewing, the budgeting process for design options, vendor referrals for after CO and anything her customer needs assistance with to enjoy their build process and keep the stress out! She has sold and has closed over $13 million in real estate transactions since becoming a Florida Real Estate Agent in 2015. She has sold many luxury level homes in Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf club as well as other communities in Ft. Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. Prior to selling real estate, she owned businesses and worked in strategic planning and management consulting.
