A love of skiing and the mountains brought me to Summit County in 1991. I quickly realized that Summit County is an incredible place to live and I’m very grateful that I have to opportunity to live and work in such a special place. I have been a realtor in Summit County since 2000 and was thrilled to join RE/MAX Properties of the Summit in the spring of 2009. Catheryn helped us purchase our house. We call her the "saint" of realtors, as she was very patient with us while we searched for the perfect property. Catheryn worked hard and efficiently for us, and when our future home was listed, she called us immediately. We toured, put in an offer, and were under contract within days. Not only is Catheryn our choice realtor in Summit County, she's become a friend.

I have used Catheryn to both buy and sell homes over the past ten years. To her credit she has always been amazingly patient with someone who can be very particular.
It took me nearly five years to find my first home in Summit County. Catheryn was patient, professional and always responsive.
After the purchase Catheryn was my go to source for every need I had in making the move to and the maintenance of my new home seamless.
I would not consider a real estate transaction in CO without the assistance of Catheryn.
