I must say, Cathy was just right for us because she handled our situation of not being able to be present with compassion, care, and took our request and helped us make a great decision. Her ability to communicate effectively, clear and concise made it easy to talk with her. The services were absolutely phenomenal! As first-time home buyers, we found Mrs. Austin highly accessible at all times, extremely communicative, and thoroughly transparent with us through the entire home buying process. Our military family relocated to Georgia from the Hawaii area, and Mrs. Austin was amazing at helping us remotely before the relocation, working around our schedule as we were in transition, and walking us through every part of the process once we arrived in the local area. The entire experience was very smooth, and we’ve definitely found a lifelong realtor for future home purchases.

As a first time buyer I was completely lost and needed all the help I could get. I was referred to Cathy through a friend and from day one she was very detailed on what my home buying process would be., starting with getting approved for a loan all the way to closing day.

I felt empowered and with a better sense of direction of what to expect every step of the way. We encountered road blocks (no journey is perfect), but Cathy was very quick to explain the issue and how to move forward. I knew I was in good hands.

Cathy went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had the opportunity to view all the houses we were interested in despite the fact we lived out of town. She made herself available around our schedule and was extremely knowledgeable and honest regarding the home buying process, areas and houses we were interested in. If you're looking to sell your house, I highly recommend you choose Cathy to help you do it. She kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial consultation/tips to get our house ready for showing, all the way through to closing. Cathy truly made the process as easy as it could be by being available by phone/text/email any time we had questions or wanted to check in. She will keep you on track and aware of what needs to be done the whole time, and she has useful recommendations for contractors and services you may need through out the process. She also helped us find our new home, listening to our wants and needs and finding us houses to see based on that criteria.
