By her third year as a full-time agent, Cathy Davis Hall was recognized as one of the top twenty real estate agents in Atlanta, earned the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers Lifetime Achievement Award, and sold one of Atlanta's top 10 most expensive homes. She was the No. 1 Individual Agent in the Buckhead office of her former company, won the 'Spirit and Spunk Award, was selected as Chairperson of the Top Agent's Council, and received an appointment to The Leadership Council.
Cathy gained her knowledge of customer service from her first career with Delta Air Lines. She flew as Chief Flight Attendant on the transatlantic routes and was German-qualified. In addition, Delta's Department of Human Resources recruited her to interview potential employees during hiring periods. For 10 years, Cathy was elected by her peers to be the representative to Delta's Scheduling Committee where she also served four years as the Chairperson. As a side venture, Cathy started a computer-based business serving flight attendants with their schedules, growing the company to fourteen employees and 9,000 customers who enlisted her services for 18 years.
Cathy's interest in real estate stemmed from buying and selling her own properties and, soon after assisting a builder in staging his properties, she realized that real estate was her passion. In 2009, she took early retirement from Delta and began her second career as a real estate agent. Since that time, Cathy has consistently remained in the top 5% of licensed REALTORS® in Atlanta. Cathy is a member of The Junior League of Atlanta, Cherokee Town and Country Club, Delta Clipped Wings, Peachtree Presbyterian Church, Chairperson of the Delta Air Lines Military Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and on the Board of Halten Hall.
Cathy says, 'I treat each transaction as if it were myself that was buying or selling. People often ask me, 'Do you play golf, tennis, or bridge?' When I reply 'no,' they wonder what I do, and the answer is 'work.' However, to me, it does not work.
